All products ordered from GiftBasketsforDelivery.com are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. Please note - All gifts must be available for pickup in their original condition if there is to be an exchange or refund.
Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once a valid claim is established we may offer a refund or replacment.
Please contact our customer service department immediately to place a claim. We must be contacted by 5 days after receipt of gift for claims to be honored. Any claims placed after that time will not be honored.

The billing address entered must be the billing address associated with the credit card used.
For your protection, we verify against the billing address & customer name provided. Entering either incorrectly will result in a delay of your order.
Orders For Delivery In United States Placed From Overseas:We accept Google Checkout exclusively for orders being placed from outside the United States. Processing time on all orders originating outside the US could add an additional 2-3 days onto all orders. Orders are considered placed once payment is approved by Google and delivery guarantees take effect
from the time Google approves payment. |

If there is a problem with you order, you will be contacted via e-mail.
All customer contacts are made via email. No phone calls will be made.
If we have a problem with your order processing, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving order.
We will make two attempts via email to contact you, and if we do not hear back from you regarding order issues, all orders with irregularities will be cancelled after a 48 hour time period. |

We strive to keep our baskets exactly as they are shown by carrying a large inventory of each item for sale within our store. However, there may be times due to manufacturer availability that we are not able to obtain the exact item as shown. In such cases, we substitute unavailable itemse with a similar items of equal or greater value. We never cut corners. |

Due to health concerns, perishables & food, bath and body products may not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced only if they arrive damaged.
All products ordered from our store are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
To return any product, please email us at shipping@giftbasketsfordelivery.com for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number".
Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Please contact our customer service department immediately.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. Original shipping costs & return shipping charges will be taken out of store credit issued.
There is a 15% restocking charge.
Refunds will be issued once the product is proven not to have been used and will appear on your credit card within 10 days of arrival back in our store.
Returns MUST be made within 5 days of gift arrival receipient's location.
It is recommended that you use a method of shipping that provides proof of delivery back to our facility. We are not responsible for returns without proof of delivery.
Because we create custom gift baskets uniquely for your order, custom gift baskets may not be returned or exchanged. |

Gift Baskets for Delivery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or account. Our Customers & Staff are VERY important to us and if we feel that either is being put in jeopardy by the actions of any person, the account will be cancelled & if necessary, the authorities notified.
