By placing an order on, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions as listed within our site. It is recommended that you review all applicable terms and conditions as presented within our Help Center before placing your order. You will be responsible for your own awareness of these terms and conditions when disputing orders or placing claims.

All products ordered from are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced.

PLEASE NOTE: All gifts must be available for pickup in their original condition if there is to be an exchange or refund.

Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once a valid claim is established we may offer a refund or replacment.

Please contact our customer service department immediately to place a claim. We must be contacted by 5 days after receipt of gift for claims to be honored. Any claims placed after that time will not be honored.

The billing address entered must be the billing address associated with the credit card used.

For your protection, we verify against the billing address & customer name provided. Entering either incorrectly will result in a delay of your order.
Warm Weather & Highly Perishable Items Shipping Restrictions(return to top)
During warm weather months and year round to warm climate areas where temperatures are above 80 degrees - perishable items must be shipped with express shipping due to the volatility of the product.

Gifts that include perishable items-including but not limited to fruits, chocolates, chocolate covered items-and other heat sensitive items will require a shipment upgrade. Please select Overnight shipping method during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE : Perishable items ship Monday - Thursday ONLY and we may substitute similar non-perishable items in orders that have not chosen the proper express shipping method to ensure gift arrives in perfect condition.


If your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and damage occurs (including melting) as the result of a delay in claiming the package as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended for in warm weather.

PLEASE NOTE : Customers choosing shipping methods other than Express Overnight Shipping, will NOT be held responsible for damage or melting that occurs. NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED-SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK

We reserve the right to substitute with non perishable/melt-able items during warm temperature months.
Order Irregularities(return to top)
If there is a problem with you order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

All customer contacts are made via email.

If we have a problem with your order processing, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving order.

We will make two attempts via email to contact you, and if we do not hear back from you regarding order issues, all orders with irregularities will be canceled after a 48 hour time period.
Item Substitution(return to top)
We strive to keep our baskets exactly as they are shown by carrying a large inventory of each item for sale within our store. However, there may be times due to manufacturer availability that we are not able to obtain the exact item as shown. In such cases, we substitute unavailable items with a similar items of equal or greater value. We never cut corners.
Return Policy(return to top)
Due to health concerns, perishables & food, bath and body products may not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced only if they arrive damaged.

All products ordered from our store are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

To return any product, please email us at for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number".

Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Please contact our customer service department immediately.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. Original shipping costs & return shipping charges will be taken out of store credit issued.

Refunds will be issued once the product is proven not to have been used and will appear on your credit card within 10 days of arrival back in our store.

Returns MUST be made within 5 days of gift arrival receipient's location.

It is recommended that you use a method of shipping that provides proof of delivery back to our facility. We are not responsible for returns without proof of delivery.

Because we create custom gift baskets uniquely for your order, custom gift baskets may not be returned or exchanged.
We Reserve The Right To Cancellation(return to top)
Gift Baskets for Delivery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or account. Our Customers & Staff are VERY important to us and if we feel that either is being put in jeopardy by the actions of any person, the account will be cancelled & if necessary, the authorities notified.

Customer will be notified by email of cancellation.
Shipping Guarantee(return to top)
Your gift order is guaranteed to reach it's destination by (on/before) the promised delivery date by the end of the business day. If your shipment is delivered late, your shipping costs will be fully refunded.

Payment is due in full on all shipments prior to shipment and no refunds will be given unless delivery delay/failure is a direct result of an error on the part of We will not be held responsible for errors made on the part of the customer purchasing the gift.

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will NOT guarantee delayed shipments that were caused due to an act of god (ex: any delay due to weather event will NOT be refunded) or a catastrophic event. Guarantee also voided if incorrect shipping information is given. This will result in your order being delayed to its destination. Guarantee is also void if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made.Shipping costs ONLY will be refunded under this guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE : If multiple items are ordered, the shipping refund will be prorated per item.


SALES TAX : Sales tax applies only to orders shipping in the State of Nevada.
Address Corrections & Package Reroute Fees(return to top)
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient shipping address including:

Company Name (if applicable)
Street Number and Street Name
Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
Zip Code

If you are unsure of any part of a delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address being given.

Any delivery or address changes needed made to any orders MUST be made through Gift Baskets for Delivery NOT Fedex or UPS. Any reroute/delivery changes made by anyone other than Gift Baskets for Delivery voids any guarantees and no claims will be honored.

There is a $15.00 handling fee per gift basket to reroute a package after it has left our facility. We also will deduct from any refund actual shipping charges to and from our facility. Rerouted, refused and returned packages automatically void the free ground shipping promotion offered by Actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

This same fee is also charged if it is found your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient.

***IMPORTANT - Gifts containing Beer/Wine/Champagne cannot be rerouted due to carrier policies. Any packages containing alcohol that are refused or in need of reroute will be returned to us and a refund issued in accordance with refund policy. These gifts CANNOT be rerouted.

Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order.

$15.00 Address correction charges will be applied to credit card on file and you will be notified via email regarding this address correction charge.

PLEASE NOTE : Providing an incorrect or incomplete address voids our shipping guarantee.

For health reasons perishable items cannot be returned.
Order Changes & Cancellations(return to top)
Order changes & cancellations must be applied by 1PM EST the day the the packages is slated to ship (all orders ship same day as placed). Orders canceled after that time period will be processed and charged as valid orders, and any changes made after that time cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: Orders with Same Day Delivery cannot be canceled. These orders are immediately processed and delivered. These orders are not subject to change or cancellation.
